Charters
We will help
you design a sightseeing trip from a minimum of two hours to as
much as eight hours and including those aspects of the Cape Fear
region in which you are interested.
For example,
you might want to start your excursion in Wrightsville Beach,
cruise south on the intracoastal waterway, past undeveloped
Masonboro Island, through Snow’s cut and then up the Cape Fear
River to downtown Wilmington. Once in Wilmington, you may want
to shop at the Cotton Exchange, have lunch and then take a
leisurely cruise back to Wrightsville Beach.
Or, you
might start your trip in downtown Wilmington, cruise south on
the Cape Fear, past the sites of early settlements, the Sunny
Point military loading facility, past the scene of Cape Fear’s
most famous and fairly incompetent pirate’s (Stede Bonnet) last
stand to historic Southport. From there, we could head for
the mouth of the Cape Fear and by Bald Head Island before
heading back up the river.
On your
charter, you start where you want, go where you want and spend
as much time as you like. Please take a look at the
Picture
Gallery to preview some of the sights along the way.
